INTRODUCTION • Flux Interactive Pty Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) operates Linkrr, available at linkrr.store (the “Service”), a platform that lets creators monetise content via personalised storefront links. • We respect your privacy and process personal data in line with Australian law, Meta/Instagram Business requirements, and Stripe Connect rules. • By using linkrr.store you consent to the practices described below. 2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT • Account details – name, email, username, password. • Profile & content – profile photo, biography, links, media you upload. • Payments – card details, billing address, payout data (handled by Stripe Connect; creators act as sub-merchants). • Device & usage – IP address, browser, OS, pages visited, clicks, referrer, timestamps. • Cookies & trackers – first-party cookies, local storage, Meta Pixel, and related technologies. 3. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION • Provide and operate the Service, authenticate log-ins, and process payments/payouts. • Personalise storefronts, content, and advertising. • Send transactional emails (e.g. receipts, account alerts) and respond to support tickets. • Analyse usage, run A/B tests, and improve features and performance. • Detect fraud, enforce our Terms of Service, and meet legal or regulatory obligations. 4. SHARING & DISCLOSURE • Service providers – Stripe (payments), hosting, analytics, email, Meta/Instagram integrations. • Partners you authorise – social platforms, marketing affiliates, etc. • Legal or safety purposes – when required by law or to prevent harm. • Corporate transactions – if we merge, sell assets, or are acquired, provided the successor honours this policy. 5. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES • Stripe – all payments run through Stripe; see stripe.com/privacy for full details. • Meta & Instagram – integrations use Meta Pixel and Instagram APIs; see facebook.com/privacy. • PostHog – product analytics. Receives device and usage data (pages visited, clicks, referrer, UTM campaign parameters, approximate location derived from IP, browser and OS). Once you create an account it also receives your user ID, name, email address, and plan tier so that usage can be attributed to your account. See posthog.com/privacy. 6. GARMIN ACTIVITY DATA • If you choose to connect your Garmin account, we collect and use your activity data (including runs, distances, durations, timestamps, and location/map data) to display your activities on your link-in-bio storefront. • Your activity data is displayed publicly on your storefront page for visitors to view. • We access your Garmin activity data through Garmin’s API using OAuth authentication that you authorize. • You can disconnect your Garmin account or remove activity data from your storefront at any time through your account settings. • We do not share your Garmin activity data with third parties except as necessary to display it on your storefront (e.g., to visitors viewing your page). • For more information about Garmin’s data practices, see Garmin’s privacy policy. 7. COOKIES & TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES • We use cookies, web beacons, local storage, and similar tools to remember preferences, measure traffic, analyse behaviour, and serve ads. • Our analytics cookie is set on the linkrr.store domain and is readable by our subdomains, including my.linkrr.store. This lets us recognise the same visitor across our marketing site and the creator dashboard, so we can tell which channel a sign-up originated from. • We do not currently present a cookie consent banner. You can manage or block cookies and clear local storage through your browser settings, and most browsers offer a private browsing mode that discards them automatically. Disabling them may limit functionality. • If you would prefer us to delete the analytics data associated with you, email privacy@linkrr.store. 8. DATA RETENTION • We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. • When no longer required, data is securely deleted or anonymised. 9.
